| I am a civilian working for a local police force in South Wales, I had 65k of debt and a poperty with 7k equity.<br> <br> IVA.com reports: Debt Free Direct has contacted this individual via Iva.com to discuss their comments. Debt Free Direct have advised that they have made significant improvements to their customer service to ensure that their clients receive the highest level of service. | I contacted the telephone number and was told an information pack would be sent out and to complete the information within and return. I received the pack 3 weeks later. after giving them a week to send the pack I contacted the debt advisor who dealt with my situaton over the telephone. |

| I had to wait 3 weeks for an information pack. During this time I chose to use a different company. |

| Comment: I am employed by Debt Free Direct, and am sorry you have had a bad experience with ourselves. We now ensure that all packs are sent out promptly after the initial phone-call, and there is also a support team to assist the client should they experience any problems completing the pack. We have also set up a dedicated advice team, which offers advice to all our clients, to ensure consistency and quality of advice, and that the client has considered all options before committing to one. | ||
