My circumstances:
Over four years ago I found myself in debt of excess 30k; Id had a couple of work contracts not renewed, had also started studying part-time; then I was made redundant, on top of that my college course was cancelled! The debt had escalated to an excess of 30k, had to move home to my parents.I decided that an IVA was the best option - I did some research online and also had help from the Citizen Advice Bureau. Varden Nuttall were the company that handled my situation and were very thorough and kept me informed through the whole process.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
