My circumstances:
my husband and i did an interlocking IVA the total debt was aprox 50k and we had 18k equity in our property. i work with special needs children and my husband is a self employed roofer.
My interaction with the company:
after a lengthy telephone conversation in which several options were discussed i decided to opt for the IVA. i had to fill in some paper work with details of all of our debts ant creditors. this was sent back so that a proposal could be collated. during the whole process i was kept informed of each step and could contact fariba and mark straight away.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
fariba fashi rad and mark phillip bassford took my worries away from me at a very stressful time they were not derogatory and treated me with great courtusey. the pressure was taken away and if i had a particulrly stressful letter that concerned me i just picked up the phone and my fears were put to rest instantly. everthing was explained fully at each stage and all of my questions were answered instantly. i felt that i had gained a vey good friend who had my best interest at heart.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
24 hour turn around on paper work. always able to take my call even when in a meeting. (fantastic)

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
