My circumstances:
my husband and i was struggling with repayments and found ourselves not being able to pay the amounts due, we were over 30k in debt
My interaction with the company:
my husband rang them, and they reccommended a iva, forms were posted to us which we signed and returned, our iva was accepted and i still had my car to be able to go to work.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 6 out 10 as i have had a few cross words with some things i didnt agree with<br>
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
after we lost our jobs, they were very understanding and helped us to reduce or stop our payments until we could afford to start them up again.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
make sure the client is not doing awkward shifts before ringing(e.g nights) 
Other points
i have almost finished my iva and i know not to get myself over my head in debt again.

Comment: Make sure "the client" is not doing awkward shifts? This is hardly a genuine review as I'm sure the debtor would not refer to themselves as "the client"!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
