My circumstances:
I am a civil servant living in London, I have a debt of over £100k, I lost my home have 3 small children, my husband lost his job.
My interaction with the company:
Initially I was under a debt management plan paying an affordable monthly payment, unfortunately this also meant my debt would never have been cleared in my lifetime. I spoke to Varden Nuttall about my options and found and IVA would mean my debts would be clear within 6 years. The relief was overwhelming.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My contacts at Varden Nuttall have been amazing, never once have I been made to feel embarrassed about my situation, they are always there to listen to anything I need to talk about. Many people have money issues,I never once thought I would get a good night sleep again but thanks to the helpful and understanding people at Varden Nuttall they have made this happen.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
