My circumstances:
I am a business man living in Norfolk, I had 35k of debt and no equity at all.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they listend to my situation, within a week they had sent a representative to meet with me and we went through all the options. He helped with the forms these I signed. I was contacted shortly, I had a meeting in London where everything was explained again and they made sure I understood every aspect of the IVA. It was accepted at a meeting a few weeks later, just after Christmas, it was almost a Christmas Present. I have been contacted since to make sure I have no problems.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because they helped me so much, they helped me understand what was happening and made my problems debts manageable.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Helped me sleep at night, they dealt with everything, even dealing with everthing.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Advertise more so more people can be helped by them.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
