My circumstances:
We were in a debtmanagment plan and we were coping for a while but then things just got a little bit out of hand. between my wife and I we owe about 60k
My interaction with the company:
I was recommended a DM plan by abacus because an IVA was not suitable at the time, Cleardebt then contacted me and advised that things had changed with the IVA criteria and it was now an option
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the ratings i did because the service has been very good
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I dragged my heels a lot with the IVA and that is why it has taken a long time for it to go through. however Cleardebt and my advisor never gave up on me, calling, leaving voicemails etc. if it wasnt for this i would probably still be on myu dm plan and a lot worse off for it

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
