My circumstances:
My debt was fully managable, but with two changes in my circumstances it became harder to pay the debt of 17k.
My interaction with the company:

As a result of everything going so quickly and efficiently. A horrible situation was made easier.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was impressed by the interactive nature of the website in monitoring my progress.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I would have liked a letter notifying the meeting was booked would have beficial for me.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
