| I am a senior manager with £44k of debt and no property assets, my partner ws made redundant over a year ago and has been unable to secure continuous full time work |

| I rang the company and discussed the options, they sent an adviser around who discusse the options available, they were very sympathetic and helpful and they are very quick to respond to my creditors |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rate the 9 out of 10 because the service was excellent, the only reason it isnt a 10 is that just before the creditor meeting they requested additional information at short notice that could have been requested earlier, particularly whe you have a full time job, it isnt easy just to drop things to resolve the issues. |
