| My circumstances: |
| i live in the north east and ran into financial difficulties towards the end of my marriage and through divorce. i ran up debts, mostly credit card cash withdrawels, of over 75k . i had a good job but the monthly repayments became too high. there is about 20k of equity left in my home. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| heard advert on radio, and visited their internet site. on the first telephone call and all the way through, i never once felt judged. there can be a lot of shame in losing control of your finances, but i was not looked down upon in any dealings with them. i was visited by an ip, who was friendly and explained exactly my options. he ran through my financial statement with me and kept me very upbeat along the whole way. my proposal was accepted a few weeks later, when i was informed of the outcome by a telephone call the same day. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i only dealt with the one firm, so it can be perhaps difficult to rate with no comparrisons. all i can say is that i never felt judged, was given a very positive attitude, and felt that they really wanted me to suceed. i know they earn money from these, but to be kept informed and talking to people who seemed to genuinely care is a massive boost when you are in this situation. and of course they got my iva accepted , so i can only thank them. |

| the one thing that impressed me most was that they asked for my mobile contact, and not ring my work or wait till i was home. i got the feelin if they needed some information, they wanted there and then to make the process as quick as possible but were sensitive to my work commitments. |

| my iva was accepted. i am only 3 months along the way but have a realistic chance of realising a debt free life. i have learnt that accepting high credit facilities is not the answer. and even if these financial companys keep offering you endless sums of money, you should not accept them as they are leading you down a depressing soul destroying path. |
