My circumstances:
I am a forktruck driver in Scunthorpe,I had approx 6ok of debt together with my wife,and a property with no equity.
My interaction with the company:
We was referred to varden nuttalls, via a debt management company,who then made a home visit to discuss the best way forward,I.V.A, bankrupcy,ETC.We were advised to go through with an I.V.A.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We gave the ratings we did as we thought the service provided was very good and proffesional,Although a bit of understanding with regards to income reviews and certain circumstances would of been more helpfull.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The knowledge and understanding when first starting the I.V.A.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Better communication with regards to progress throughout the I.V.A. 
Other points
We have aprrox 7 months to go,although its been difficult and stresfull,i feel it has helped us to manage our finances,and live within our means.Looks like we will achieve approx 31p in the pound.

We try to keep in touch regularly throughout your IVA to make sure that everything is okay, but we agree that some of those letters need rewording!     Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
