My circumstances:
I am a secretary and had £50k of debt accumilated over a few years.
My interaction with the company:
I thought the inital phone was very helpful and the lady on the other end was very helpful and didnt judge you. Charlie Nash was great very helpful and made things look very possitive and took the pressure off me
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9/10,they were most helpful and yes I felt I could trust them

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
