| I had two catalysts causing the problem. Firstly A relationship breakdown undermined my ability to pay off the debts. This was further compounded by a drop in income further down the line. |

| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| Everything was good overall and i felt my interests were looked after. However, there was some confusion due to the complexity of my situation. Based on the fact my income will be changing in the next few years. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| I felt that the approach adopted by cleardebt was very positive. Whilst many had only looked at bankruptcy previously cleardebt didnt give up and got me my preferred option. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| All okay now but for a short time i was a little worried as to whether it would go ahead. I felt reassured during the process but i would have liked the cloud of uncertainty removed slightly earlier. |
