My circumstances:
treasury manager + wife with £210K of debt only equity being pension, property had no or little equity.
My interaction with the company:
Recommended through debt counsellor. Tried to help do a re mortgage solution with more equity. When this failed I suggested my lump sum pension. This was accepted by the creditors as a one off payment in full and final settlement. <br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were very helpful, always on call for any little query I had. They were always able to answer in a professional manner. Whilst they are working independently for me and the creditors I always had the feeling that my interests were at the forefront.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Just being there to help resolve our problems. <br>
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I think the IVA proposal could have been slightly quicker<br> in being produced hence the 8 rating above. 
Other points
IVA completed. Dividend 67K. Written off £210K.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
