| I am a 31 year old Bus driver living in Plymouth. My previous employment became very unsteady and unsecure and so found alternative employment, but at a very reduced salary, i had £35k debt with no equity |

| I gave a rating of 10 because the staff were very understanding and listened carefully, they offered to call back immediately which i thought was a nice touch. Everything was set out clearly and explained well. |
