My circumstances:
Been in debt for 10 years, building to a peak of 27k due to cost of living and low paid jobs.
My interaction with the company:
I filled out a money crisis questionaire on line, the answer came back need to discuss with some one. within quarter of an hour Vincent Bonds called me. They agreed to call me back after work at my request and talked me through my options. By the end of the conversation, I agreed to going into an IVA. within 48 hours they had all the paper work and my IVA went to the IP person, 8 weeks later my IVA was approved
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave 9 out of 10 because they gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and werent judgemental. they made me feel reassured
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
called me within 15 mins of being online
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

I am now in my 60 month agreement.I write off 40%.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
