My circumstances:
I am a woman recently split from her husband with over 49k of debt now living alone and having to pay every thing myself
My interaction with the company:
I rang them they listened explained everything sent somone to work which was great sent out a proposal IVA was accepted. Then never heard from them again I had to contact them several times to find out were they were up to. Found this quite thustrating
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were great up to the time of the creditor meeting then I found comunication lacking it was always me who had to phone and when I only have a mobile and not much money for credit it was difficult.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
At the start they are great and keep in constant touch. Put you at ease, never jugde, Listen to what you have to say and understand your cercumstaces.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
After care. I think it is necassary to have a follow up interview to explain what happens from now to the end of your IVA. 
Other points
Still single not divorced.The IVA has helped me but I am still struggling with money but htats because I have always had someone I could borrow off or pay my bills.I wrote off over 40k.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
