| My circumstances: |
| I live in the West Midlands, have 52K in debt. I tried to get myself out of debt by consolidating debts originally or so thought, in the end ended up with two loans, one credit card, one overdraft. Each month I found it harder to cover and then I thought I needed to get my head of the sand before I got into arrears. I looked at remortgaging but was told I had no equity so I called Debt Free Direct |

| I rang them, they listened, they said they could help, they were very respectful and did not critise me for the mess I was in - they did not force anything on me and they said it was MY decision. I found that by there help the stress of trying to juggle things were lifted |
