My circumstances:
I am an HGV driver and to the best of my ability had tried to keep on top of the debt I had. As of today I now know that in 5 years time I will be debt free.
My interaction with the company:
I was impressed how I was listened to as an individual and how quickly everything was sorted. I had previously spoken to 2 or 3 other companies and the way Clear Debt explained and dealt with everything was easily understandable for us.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The efiiciency of how easy everything has gone.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Taken the weight off my mind; I can afford what payment has been sorted and can now look forward to not robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Other points
For the last 2 years I have been trying to talk to my creditors and they were not very helpful in the least.At least now I know that my debts will be gone in 5 years and I will never be in this position again

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
