My circumstances:
I am a divorcee living in cheshire who is the legal guardian of two of my grandchildren. Was made redundant in 2007, I had 38k of debt a property and no equity.
My interaction with the company:
I rang, they listened and advised I was given my opitions, recommended IVA, the paperwork arrived very quickly, as I had all the information they required to hand, I posted it back within 2 days, IVA accepted at the creditors meeting and approximately four week later the IVA was agreed with the courts and a huge wait lifted of my shoulders.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10. The process leading up to the IVA was friendly, I wasnt made to feel ashamed. Everything was explained cleary and was so easy.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Adam Elder who was the person I initially spoke to when enquiring about my IVA. He was absolutely suberb.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The post team took a while to send the paperwork through and I have to chase. When the paperwork did come through they sent a covering note to say that they had not received the paperwork back and I was at risk of defaulting on my IVA, but I was the one who initated the initial enquiry. 
Other points
My current circumstances are that I am starting to rebuild my life, through circumstance the debt accrued and although I only had two years to run with my loans I could not stand to pressure put on me when I could not pay. My dividend was 20 pence in the £. I wrote of 22k of debt

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
