My circumstances:
I was a property developer,with PGs and other debt of over 250k
My interaction with the company:
i was recommended Keith Cottam, he was great treated me with respect,was helpful and supportive and got mu IVA accepted even though it was a large amount, but i really did not want to go bankrupt
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 9 out of 10, because they were excellent ,keith was very kind supportive
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the whole process was smooth, even though i found it upsetting as I lost my home,but keith cottam was just calm and supportive
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
none 
Other points
paying my iva every month. living in rent accom ,but not stressed like i was as not been hassled by creditors

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
