| My circumstances: |
| Me and my husband live in London and we had a joint debt of £52000 approx. Our debt has grown because I have had breast cancer which was diagnosed in 2008 and underwent treatment. My husband work dropped off (he is self employed) because of the economic climate. We tried to keep our heads above water but we just couldnt. |

| I rang a management company called Vincent Bond who referred to me to my IVA company. They have been very helpfuly in what has been a difficult and stressful time, but where always there to answer any question or queries that we had. We dealt with both Sue Clay and Claire Jackson |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rate them 10 out 10 they advice was excellent and nothing was too much trouble |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Because it has been such a stressful time they were always helpful and their advice was all there. |

| We have learnt that you cant just bury your head and as soon as you know you are in trouble should seek advice then the debt wouldnt have grown so much. |
