| Divorced and had debt from ex marriage in my name. New home with new partner. |

| Wonderful. My new partner had an IVA with DLB and felt confident due to that, but still retiscent. but they were great, open helpful. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| they treated me like a human being, explained things to me and felt they understood |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Felt that people I spoke to were my friends and were there for any help they could give. DLB are top notch and would recommend them to anyone |

| Nothing really. Meeting got adjourned and I got a bit stressed and confused but that was probably just me, it was clarified as soon as I asked |

| Got an IVA and feel can manage finance now, have learnt lessons. DLT are wonderful! |
