| I am an Accounts Administrator and my partner a Plant Machine Drive and we have 70k of debt and live in Essex and have 40K equity in our property. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| The IVA seemed great at the time because my outgoings were more than my incomings. The IVA dropped this down to a quarter. All the paperwork come quickly and things were happening fast and all of a sudden i had my IVA accepted |

| I rate them low because even though they are very efficient in their job and everything happens quickly, you are never 100% clear what is happening. |

| As mortgages and other bills increased the IVA became more of a problem, than a solution. I am coming up to my third year in this IVA and have a company trying to make a proposal to end the IVA and turn the amount into a secured loan. I am waiting for the meeting to take place at the end of February. |
