My circumstances:
Had difficult times with problems with wife and the debts kept on mounting up.
My interaction with the company:
Contacted the Cleardebt via the web, probably the best move I could of done.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My rating is that they did everything they said they would do. Without ClearDebt I dont know what I would of done.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The ease of which I was able to address very serious problems, everything was very straight forward. Speed and efficient.

Everything was very straight forawrd, uncomplicated. No complaints.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
