My circumstances:
I am a teacher and had 28k of debt in the form of loans and credit cards. My outgoings exceeded my income.
My interaction with the company:
I rang the company who listened to my circumstances. We went through the options available and concluded that an IVA was worth looking at. I completed the relevant information on the forms they sent and about 9 weeks later the IVA was accepted. The were always able to answer any questions and I never had to wait for the answer.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10 out 10 for everything because the service I received was excellent, I couldnt find fault with anything they advised on. They always remained calm when I wasnt feeling so calm myself.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The day before the IVA my salary was accidently paid into my old bank account. The bank would not release my money even though they had voted in favour of the IVA. The IVA was successful and the company immediatley faxed my bank and advised them to release all of my wages including the overdraft, which they had taken.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Maybe the length of time that it took, but that might have been a necessity as the paperwork takes time. 
Other points
I am now in a position to make payments I can afford. I now make monthly payments of £271 instead of struggling to find £750. I have learnt that banks are only too willing to lend money without any thought as to whether the recipient can afford it and it is too tempting to take them up on it. At the end of 5 years I will have written off about 16K.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
