| I am a civil servant living in South Wales, my wife and I had debts over 130k and a property with no equity. <br> |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them,they stated our options and recommended an IVA as the best solution.The paperwork took an awful long time to sort out due to stuff going missing on a couple of occasions but I found the staff more than supportive until the IVA was agreed. |

| I feel a little more care could have been taken with the paperwork but overall the company have been great to deal with. |

| We have paid 1 year so far and although it is a struggle we remain positive about the future. The debt will be reduced by approx 50% over the 5 year term with an additional 12 months to pay the companies fees. |

| Comment: I wouldn't look at it as an additional 12 months to pay the fees. The fees are more likely to be paid throughout the arrangement, toploaded towards the start facilitating the satisfaction of the Nominee fee. The agreement to debt write-off at the end of the arrangement is obtained via the fees which at the end of the day are always dictated or agreed by the creditors. | ||
