| this is the worst company ever because of there greed me and my family have been made homeless pls can anyone tell me how to complain about them |

| greedey people keeps putting the price up whats the point of an iva if they put you back in debt. been with them for 18month had a debt for 25k they shoud of help me to go to debt managment not iva. anyway they stared to ask for more money which i couldnt afford so i came out of cause broke there contract. been with pay plan ever since and a month a go a bankrupcy pettion came went to court and was made bankrupe dispite that i was paying my creditors off |

| Comment: I sufferred similar with Kingsgate in 2010. Ref:26324.They wanted to increase payment AND told my wife to get a higher paid job to suit their finances!THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO STOP TRADING!! | ||

| Comment: I am having trouble with Kingsgate now, since June, they have not communicated with me and they are greedy in sense of wanting money. They care of there % intake that they take not about people and circumstances. They rather leave u high n dry for u too be worse. They didnt tell me my student loan was not included in IVA until it was approved by creditors. I would never recommend them to any one not even my worst enemy. I have made formal complai | ||

| Comment: Kingsgate put up the monthly of an IVA with no bearing on the clients income. They also do this at random points and make the IVA unnafordable, they don't care if it fails as long as they get their fees. | ||

| Comment: How long was this person in the IVA for? What people don't realise with KG is that if your disposible income increases, you WILL have to increase your payments by 50% of the difference since the start of the IVA (if original DI £100, DI at Year 1 is £200, so you now increase your payments by £50). If you earn more, you pay more ... common sense!! | ||

| Comment: I have no doubt that the reviewer is genuine, but some more detail would be nice so we could see exactly what Kingsgate did. At the very least, it looks like communication is very poor. | ||
