My circumstances:
Recently divorced with £50K worth of credit card debt and no equity in the house
My interaction with the company:
An absolutely outstanding level of quality of service - you rarely see this degree of professionalism displayed nowadays
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Absolutely excellent team - professional, sympathetic and extremely understanding - went into all options available and explained them clearly and concisely
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
An incredibly fast turn around from talking to IP to final decision being approved
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing could be improved - l would recommend this company to anybody<br>  
Other points
Paying manageable amount of £265 per month and 75% written off<br> two down, 58 to go !!<br> can now start rebuilding my life!<br> no more constant harassment from debt collection agencies<br> Hear that............?<br> Yes.........absolute silence - no annoying & constant phone calls!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
