My circumstances:
Due to circumstances I took a huge loss in income. I had almost 19k of debt and no way to pay it. I had minimal disposable income and other firms told me to change my expenditure so I had more disposable income to pay into an IVA but was concerned I could not maintain an IVA that way.
My interaction with the company:
I spoke to Cleardebt who advised me of all options, paperwork was always received the next day and all questions were answered immediately. The IVA was accepted with no modifications for me. They were helpful, fast and friendly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because of sheer speed of their service, the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of all of them and their documentation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Got paperwork out to me the very next day.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Absolutely nothing as they were brilliant in every way. 
Other points
I am now in the IVA, I have learnt that you never really know what life will throw at you and it is friends and family that are valuble not possessions. My dividend I believe was 28 pence to the pound.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
