| From day one they have been brilliant, it was like having th weight lifted from our shoulders. Nothing is ever too much problem and they will help you out along the away. |

| Helping us to remortgage to raise the money to replace the boiler in our hose. |

| Other points |
| Am not sure of the dividend, however we are now just coming up to the end of the fifth year of our IVA with one more year to go. (This extra year of payments was instead of us having to remortgage to relase any equity) |
