My circumstances:
I was 34 years of age & found myself in £48k worth of debt, built up since leaving school! Oh how I wish theyd teach financial management at school... I did not know help was available & continued to rob Peter to pay Paul, burying my head in the sand getting deeper in debt!
My interaction with the company:
I found Payplan on the internet while desperately searching for help & filled in their initial contact form. They rang me & together we went through my situation. Although I was ashamed of the situation Id got myself in to, Payplan did not judge, were friendly while remaining professional & supportive.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them top marks as they were non-judgemental, efficient & I was very happy with the way they helped me resolve my debt problems.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The speed that they replied to queries.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing, they gave me a first class service. 
Other points
IVA accepted with a dividend of .28p / £. Approx £25K written off. IVA completed May 2009 after 5 long years! Has definitely taught me how to manage my finances & I never intend to be in that situation again... Lesson learnt!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
