My circumstances:
I ran up debts of £30k and was in a DM plan for 8 months. I was approached by Netchwood Networks who visited with me and passed on my details to McCambridge Duffy. They immediately suggested an IVA and it was accepted within 4 weeks of first speaking to them.
My interaction with the company:
McCambridge Duffy contacted after being given the details by Netchwood Networks, they were very supportive and happy to answer any questions.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the rating above because they had the same details of my DM company and they managed to secure an IVA instead of a DM Plan.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
helpfulness, there was no delay in speaking to them and getting answers to questions.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I really cannot fault them, they did everything they promised. I would recommend them to anybody. 
Other points
The IVA they have agreed is £300 over 5 years so £12k written off. I have learnt that I wasted 8 months in a DM plan.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
