| My circumstances: |
| I am self employed and had run up debts of near £150,000 mainly due to borrowing on credit cards to buy stock. I had no equity to offer. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| They have been helpful although after initial contact it took, in my opinion, a long time for proposals to be submitted to creditors. After that all seemed to go well. |

| Apart from length of time to get proposals they have been helpful and considerate throughout. |

| I know they are not doing it all for love(!) but they have been friendly and helpful through all stages |

| I found it a little annoying at times that I was contacted by various people but appreciate people do change |

| Ive learnt not to be taken in so easily by the offer of credit. My current circumstances are not perfect but anticipate they will improve. Approx £100,000 has been written off. |
