My Circumstances: Me and my wife total debt £15440 I had about £6000 she had about £9000 all debts were being paid credit reports from that time can confirm this. Things were tight at the time and we wondered of a way to ease the pressure. Phoned up DFD they passed us on to Wallwork & Co. Mr Mullarkey recomended and IVA. We didnt know what it was. He said stop paying creditors and pay into the fund so we did. The first month was £600 we thought it was sorted because the advice given was from a man who knew what he was doing. When the letter started arriving that payments were no made on our bills and we started to get interest charges thats when we opened our eyes.The thing is we were paying our debts before but how could we pay Mullarkey as well. If we could afford that much money then i wouldnt have made the phone call in the first place. By this time it was to late to back out he had our money and would have kept it. £1200 was paid even before the creditors meeting. The IVA was approved with modifications, he approved it he never even asked us what we thought about the modifications. So he sat in his own office approveing moddifications and voteing to suite himself...All paperwork involved in this IVA is availible to anyone who wishes to view it. Mullarkey avoids any contact from me and the firm which is now called w3 debt solutions refuses to get involved with the running of the IVA, but the do admit a discrepency in the figures, but i have to prove i paid the money to the IVA. The thing is the IVA is completed and if i didnt pay the money the IVA would have failed.

My Interaction with company: I was driving one day then the answer to all our prayers came from the radio W3 DEBT SOLUTIONS. Sounded good, they cared, they were willing to help (thanks god).I phoned them and explained our situation and they agreed to help and advise us on options availible subject to a financial review. A company called Wallwork & Company Solicitors Sent us a partially completed questionaire and a document called your questions answered it sounded great -A Permanent Solution - Interest Frozen - Avoid Selling Your Home - Legal Protection - Confidential Procedure - Debt Write Off - No More Borrowing. Great Job W3. Nice booklet, Well printed, nice photos, lovely fonts. Such praise yet the ratings are so low, could it be an input mistake or a computer error. NO READ ON

i am now 8 months away from being debt free and heve struggled at time to survive but now nearing the end. ite thing i have learnt is that if you cant find a solution ask for help. they wrote off 10,000 aprox

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!

    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
