They were helpful, friendly and most importantly non-judgmental. I felt that they were on my side and had my best interests at heart. It was a smooth process and a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. It did take longer than the suggested 6-8 weeks but thats not really a problem as the IVA was accepted which is the main thing!
