FROM THE VERY FIRST CONTACT,I FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD REALY HELP,GAVE ME HOPE AND SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF A TUNNELL,
THEN PUT ME ON TO A PERSON WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING,AND MADE IT ALL EXPLAINED IN NORMAL LANGUAGE AND WHAT THEY COULD DO TO HELP,

I rang and spoke to Tina, she listened and offered all options available. She explained everything in detail. All communication was quick, the IVA was accepted with small modifications at the creditors meeting.

My circumstances have changed a great deal, i have learnt that if you dont have the funds to buy anything with cash dont put it on credit as you alwys get caught in the trap of a higher credit limit that you always use. In total i think i got over 50% of my debit written off thanks to the efforts of the varden nuttall team.
