Now starting our IVA and in six year will be debt free. We have learnt that there is help out there and we didnt need to burry our heads for as long as we did. We are looking to write off about half of our debts, but we just wanted to pay back what we owe with a monthly amount that weouldnt kill us. That is what we got.

Ive learnt we will never get credit out again and live within our means. I really wanted to thank Andrew Buckle at ClearDebt as he was very helpful from start to finish, will definately reccommend to anyone i know.

There should be a option of communication through email to make process quick when you have to send some documents for your proposal or review.

Where do you start..... Customer service, ranging from listening skills, commincation, honouring promises such as return phone calls. They also need to explain that you will be paying high fees despite it been made out that you wont. And if you need to take payment breaks your charged for them and still have to pay the money back as your term is extended for the amount of payment breaks taken. There is room for a lot of improvement within this company.
