I rated them 10/10 because from start to finish i spoke with different people icluding the IP,all of which were good listeners,and helpful in working out a way forward.
I spoke with other IVA companies who i will not name and felt pressured.I never felt under any pressure from my chosen IVA company and felt that i was given all options, and explanations were very thorough.Easy to contact and always available to answer even what may seem a silly question?
